My English words don't express all my thankfulness. It has been powerful experience in many dimensions. First of all, I felt that I was in my private space, where I was alone with my thoughts and feelings. It was touching and unforgettable experience. I've achieved my goal and working on achieving next goals.

I got very important insight. I got better understanding of what I need to work on and pay attention to. One activity moved me (...) Last year's silent challenge was about sleep, and I must say it improved better. Maybe it will be an annual event for me.

Ella gave me the space to work through challenges I was facing in the pandemic lockdown. Her facilitation was calming and relaxing, the tools and techniques were simple yet effective, and I found the session energising and useful. Highly recommended.

I could feel exuberance energy to move forward to hug my plans! It was good scripted, fun as well as productive! It is more like 'hands on learning'!

It has brought me some good insight about action i have to take from moving forward the solution. It would be good for people who wants change life or sht in business, but with no strategy and focus.
